1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at aerasadvisors.com (the "Site"), operated by Aeras Sustainability Advisors, LLC ("Aéras," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. No Client Relationship; Not Professional Advice
The Site is provided for general informational purposes about Aéras and its advisory services. Nothing on the Site constitutes climate, sustainability, ESG, legal, financial, or other professional advice, and use of the Site does not create a client, advisory, or other professional relationship between you and Aéras. Any such relationship is established only through a separately signed engagement agreement. You should not act or refrain from acting based on content on the Site without seeking advice specific to your circumstances from qualified professionals.
3. Permitted Use
You may access and use the Site for lawful, non-commercial purposes related to learning about Aéras and its services.
